A few nice weather images I found:
Olympus E-M5 VS Olympus E-3 – Weather Sealed

The outgoing Olympus E-3 has served me well for the past few years. The draw of the lighter, smaller and better low light performance of the E-M5 has replaced both the E-3 and E-PL2. Originally, I had the E-3 for the weather sealing and big zooms (14-54mm and 50-200mm), and the E-PL2 for the pocketability. Now, with the E-M5, I can still get the weather sealing in a lighter smaller package, and throw on a small prime like the 17mm f1.8 when I want the portability.
Hopefully, the E-M5’s weather sealing will be as tough as the E-3. I’ve had the E-3 out in the pouring rain and snow storms on countless occasions and that thing just keeps on ticking. Here they are sitting in the snow. These two will be completely drenched once indoors from the stuck-on melting snow. Still looking for that weather sealed pancake lens Olympus!
A lens hood is very helpful when in inclement weather keeping the water droplets off the glass. The buttons and dials on both of these are spaced out well enough for me to shoot with liner gloves on.
Comparing just the bodies wouldn’t be fair, you’d have to look at the accompanying lens combination as well. Unfortunately, that is currently the smallest weather sealed lens from Olympus for m4/3 that I know of. >:(
