Coastal weather

Dramatic weather today — more so than usual for September. Most of my day in Santa Rosa was sunny, blue skies, big piles of cumulus clouds. Suddenly in late afternoon it all got dusky and there was a cloudburst with rolling thunder for a quarter-hour or so. Half an hour later (above) as I got out to the coast, the stormclouds were still visible looking south.
