PRESIDIO OF MONTEREY, Calif. – Severe weather hit the Monterey area, including the Presidio, Dec. 11. High winds and heavy rain brought down a few trees across the Presidio without any major damage, caused brief intermittent power outages, minor flooding and difficult driving conditions.
