Mr. Linz was actually the coolest teacher I ever had. And I actually remember the personality (but not ANY of the names) of everyone of these faces (except the ones who’s mouths you can’t see). If I recall correctly (which is very difficult), I did not like the girl in the front row. She’s not even highlighted in my yearbook, which would mean either I didn’t know her or she’s so completely dead to me that I didn’t want to remember konwing her. I am reminded of an anecdote in 8th grade where we had a survey that asked who your idols are. The girl I was forcefully partnered with had to go ask her friends who her idols were. Ugh. Such conformist superficiality and lack of real personality or self-identity. But I might be confusing her with someone else; I might be being a douchebag right now. Oh well — it’s MY turn to gossip now. If I’m wrong, please correct me Jennifer. 🙂
