For most of us otakus this is a very familiar scene. A Giant "Lolicon" figure was stepping over the railway to announce the month of "animecons" happening around Akihabara back in ’07 & ’08. . . or was it ’05 & ’06? hmmmm. . .Of course it was a clever ‘shop of a figurine to commemorate the event.
